Scientists are finding that having a cup when stressed can benefit your health. When people are stressed, they usually reach for fatty foods. And even if you do that, having a cup of cocoa can reduce the effects of those tempting treats. It all concerns flavanols, a compound in apples, green tea, and even cocoa.
