I’ve never been a trendy dresser, but I always had my own style. Sometimes the choices were silly, but I don’t have many regrets. Back in my high school days, there was talk about instituting a dress code at our public school. I was part of the protests that changed the school board’s mind. So when I saw the story the other day, where Starbucks announced that they going to have one for their baristas, I was shocked. I have no problem with making everyone wear a green apron. But telling staffers the color of the shirt and pants they must wear makes no sense…
