Whenever I see a TV commercial for Hamburger Helper, it takes me back to a particular time in my life. It transports me back to the 1980s when I was a baby radio DJ. I didn’t make much money, so I often looked for a meal that could serve as dinner and then had some leftovers that would be lunch the next day. Hamburger Helper was something that fit the bill.
