People often seem to forget Leap Day. Most people pay little attention since it only happens every four years. I’ve always thought that we should celebrate it in some unique way. Most people would want to turn it into a drinking holiday like St Patrick’s Day or Cinco de Mayo. But honestly, I’m thinking something more like a day of service.
