I’ve searched high and low for some research to back my hypothesis, but so far, no luck. I’ve noticed you find more trucks out on the road when it rains than on days when it doesn’t. Perhaps it’s just an illusion, but I don’t think so. And these aren’t just regular pickup trucks.
