One of our problems with the judicial system today is nuisance lawsuits. People are tying up the courts with frivolous claims. Some say the Texas Pete case I discussed yesterday could be considered a nuisance. I wasn’t sure until I read a story claiming the man filing that lawsuit also filed claims against other national companies; All of these in just the last two years. Now, I wonder…
