The lack of a pink Lero guitar may have had something to do with it as well. It’s lack of existence is one of the things in my life I’m not proud of.
Wasn’t there a Starburst Lero? For some reason I think I have a rockstar guitar like that in the Mason Museum, next to my Tele and Strat
The Interwebs showed me very few Leros, and your potential pink SG-shaped one was lost in the great Pennsylvania Avenue Moving Purge of 1988. Actually, three guitars disappeared in that move. The Lero, an unfinished Les Paul body, and a poorly-cobbled (except for the cool-looking pickup) Steinberger 6-string knock-off I’d been working on. I need a Mason Museum keychain and snowglobe. Where’s the gift shop?
