It’s been a brutal Summer. The heat and humidity never seem to break. Most days in July we had a high temperature of over 90 degrees. And August is starting the same way with another heat advisory. When I was younger, I never worried about the heat or humidity. But, like many others, as I get older, I have to pay attention to the daily forecast.
