I’m sure that you’ve heard the phrase “Sweet Dreams”. Many people say it to loved ones when they’re heading off to sleep. My question, what exactly are “sweet dreams”?

I think Sweet Dreams means you are being wished those dreams that, when you wake you will smile at the thought of them – what ever they may be!
